PER4548.  1983 Perthshire Carpet Ground paperweight having a central cobalt blue flower blossom encircled by a ring of spaced chartreuse/pink canes, and another ring of deep pink canes on a carpet of pale pink canes .  Signed on the underneath side with a signature/date cane and retains the original Perthshire paper label.  3 inches in diameter, 2.17 inches tall.  The paperweight is undamaged, but does have the remains of an open bubble on the underneath side on the wear ring.
