PER4366.  Made in 1998 is this first annual Perthshire Paperweight Collectors Club paperweight.  A central pink flower with green leaves is surrounded by eight radial latticinio rods that separate eight 3-flower nosegays.  The design rests on a blue/black ground and is signed with a “PPCC” signature cane in the base and inscribed with “76”.  2 7/8” diameter, 2” tall.
