PER4550.  1982 Perthshire encased double overlay paperweight featuring a golden flower blossom and bud contained within a cut double overlay paperweight and then encased in clear crystal.  The weight has sixteen side facets and one top facet.  It is signed on the underneath side with a “P1982” signature/date cane.  3.16 inches diameter, 2.24 inches tall.   Possibly one of a kind.
