Description   YSA3558.  Paul Ysart (Monart) millefiori initial paperweight "IEA".   No one really knows exactly what these initials stand for.   The best explanation I've heard is that it stands for International Energy Agency, which was involved with the construction of the atomic power station at Douneray on the north coast of Scotland around the 1950's.  It retains the original Monart paper label and Christie's Auction label on underneath side.   3" Diameter, 2" tall.
