PER3889.  Perthshire Special Edition made for the New England Paperweight Collectors Association.   An orange glass transfer is centered on an upset muslin ground and surrounded by three rows of millefiori canes and twists.   Signed on underneath side with a “P” signature cane.   One top facet.   Edition size is unknown.
