KAZ3174.  Charles Kaziun silhouette paperweight having a black portrait of Whistler's Mother on a white background.   The portrait is surrounded by four white rods and four millefiori canes to include a "K" signature.   The entire design rests on a ruby ground.   It is also signed on underneath side with a gold "K".  Six side facets and one top facet.    2 1/4" diameter, 1 1/2" tall.
