BEL2727.   Belgium (possibly Val St. Lambert) having a dark blue plaque with the initials “GB” and the date “1911”.  This plaque along with six millefiori canes and a red/green/white torsade rest on a chartreuse
ground.   One minor surface scratch.    2 7/8” diameter, 2 ½” tall.
