hun1668.JPG HUN1668. 2006 Michael Hunter of Twists Glass Studio mini Clown paperweight. This is a miniature version of Mike Hunter's 21 Clown Salute (see HUN1671). The difference is, of course, the size and the number of clown balloon canes. This version has four clown faces and a signature cane balloon (MH). The design rests on a powdered white on blue ground and is dated in script 2006. 2 1/8" diameter. Michael is a Scottish master glass artist whose career has covered 30 years and is well known for his Venetian glass techniques. Paperweights using these techniques are his newest creations and his career as a paperweight artist is very promising. $180.00

Signed with a "MH" signature cane and dated 2006 in script. Also has a Twists Glass Studio paper label. $350.00

HUN1676. 2006 Michael Hunter of Twists Glass Studio "Whispers" paperweight. The base glass of the paperweight is a white spiral latticinio with a blue veiling. There are two applied yellow and white latticinio salamanders hanging on to the sides. Signed with a signature "MH" cane on top of weight and signed and dated in script on base. This weight is numbered 10 from a limited edition size of 20. 4" diameter. 2 ¾" tall. $350.00

MAN1795. 1999 William Manson (son) paperweight titled "Within the Secret Garden". A stone entryway frames the entrance to the secret garden with amethyst flower blossoms and a yellow butterfly hovering over yellow daisies and green grass. The reverse side of the paperweight has a chipped ice effect. Signed with a "WM" signature cane, and also signed and dated on underneath side. Numbered 5 of a limited edition size of 100. One front facet. 3 1/8" tall. $500
