SAT323. This is one of my favorite pairs of Mt. Washington M.O.P. satin glass vases that I've seen or owned in quite a while. Also the fact that they were acquired directly from an old time New Bedford Estate, only adds to the allure. They have the greatest M.O.P. finish - so soft to the touch. There are 8 large melon ribs, which are blown out. The four ruffled top has an applied frosted glass edge. The pattern is "Diamond Quilted". One vase is in deep rose to pink to white, the other is in brilliant sky blue to white. They are a spectacular pair. Blue - 9" by 6" across; pink 9 1/4" by 6". Very showy. Condition: The blue vase has 2 unbroken blisters and the pink vase has some carbon near the bottom. These are a special pair at a special price. $450 pair.
